Rahat Project

This project runs under the aegis of Al-Barkaat Educational Society.  The aim of the project is to provide the much required facilities and services to the underprivileged sections of the society, in line with its name Rahat, which means relief. The Project Rahat has also organized Medical and Health check-up camps for the public and has also extended support to the victims of natural calamities by organizing relief camps etc. In order to develop the skills of less qualified students so that they may become socially and economically empowered, the society has established Al-Barkaat Syed Hamid Community College in 2015. It specializes in  imparting vocational education in a professional manner, with skill development based vocational courses for making the financially poor and marginalized strata of society “Fit for Life and Fit for Job”. It also aims to provide the much required facilities and services to the weaker sections of the society. To include the excluded and to give the best to the have-nots, Al-Barkaat Educational Society has taken the initiative to provide quality education to society.
